Catering has been an important part of Kern's Sausage since the early 1950's.  We started making cold cut and cheese trays for the Frankenmuth Brewing Company. Then very quickly our catering business grew to include hot foods and full service meals for weddings, family gatherings, business meetings, company picnics, and all types of events.  Today Kern's has complete luncheon and dinner buffet menus to choose from as well as a large variety of ala carte items.  Whether large or small, we can assist you in planning your event.  Please call us for a brochure on all our offerings or to schedule a planning appointment.
